Prototype Development
Special laser systems based on thin-disk laser technology with specifications that are not readily available on the market can be built according to customer requirements. We can help you find the right laser design for your application with our thin-disk pump modules and thin disks. This can range from relatively simple CW fundamental mode or multimode lasers to pulsed Q-switched and cavity-dumped lasers. We have also implemented regenerative amplifiers. For some time now, our focus has been on ultra-short pulse lasers with higher power levels, some of which are frequency-doubled.
We take care of the planning and design of your laser here in Stuttgart, have the mechanical components manufactured by our experienced external partners, and then assemble, adjust and test the laser here in Stuttgart. We also create the electrical and electronic layout ourselves and build it up.
After designing and building a prototype of your laser, our extensive experience in macro and micro processing can be used to advance its industrial application.
Below you may see three examples of laser systems that we have implemented.
