Disk Laser Modules

Print

With our disk laser modules you can build your own thin disk laser. The completely assembled module contains:

  • a coupling unit for the pump radiation,
  • a pump chamber with optics for multipass imaging of the pump radiation onto the disk,
  • a water cooled disk holder.

Disk laser modules in 3 power classes are available. The TDM 1.0 disk module allows a maximum pump power of 1 kW. The larger disk laser module TDM 10 can be pumped up to a power of at least 10 kW for one single disk. A newly developed module TDM 30 allows highest power pump radiation of more than 30 kW guided by fiber cables.

For research and development we offer laboratory (Lab) versions allowing easy adjustment of optical elements.

For your series production we offer low cost OEM modules with preadjusted fixed optics.

The water circuit cooling the disk and the frame is laid out for tap water or for DI water if needed.
